Medical Device Licence — Class I (Taiwan)
衛部醫器製壹字第010471號 (TFDA licence no.)
Issued by the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), Ministry of Health and Welfare — Taiwan’s counterpart to the US FDA. This is a Class I licence for a domestically manufactured device; in the licence number, 製 denotes domestic manufacture and 壹 denotes Class I. You can verify it in the TFDA database (Chinese interface).
